1. References
‣ A short (or in depth) description of your preferred character's personality.‣‣ In the case that you have a character sheet for your preferred character, you are allowed to submit it.‣ Provide: a clear reference image of your preferred character or ideas; a reference image of your preferred pose; any further detail on the character's design or pose; reference to any preferred facial expression.‣‣ In the case that you do not own an already done drawing of your character, a face claim of any kind suffices, in the case of a face claim however, I require any specific details on your character's appearance and design.‣ If you wish to have a complex background, provide any example of your imagined background.
2. Timeline
‣ I will submit a sketch and a lineart preview before I proceed with the final commission piece.‣ After the approval of the sketch, you may not request major changes to the piece.‣ The final piece will be completed within one month.‣ The final piece will include: Final commissioned piece and Sketch. Additional images (only the background without the character itself) can be requested.
3. Payment
‣ You will find my Commission prices here Commission Sheet.‣ I require 50% upfront before starting the sketch and 50% before starting the final piece (100% upfront is an option in the case of a Steam wallet pay, but that is optional).‣ In the case that I take longer than a month to complete the final version of the commissioned art piece, the option for a full refund will be provided.‣ A full refund will not be provided if the prolonged timeline has a personal or physical background, in which case the cause will be communicated to the buyer and the piece will receive a first-priority status without any extra charge.‣ After the final piece has been completed, you will not receive a refund.‣ I will charge extra for; complex backgrounds & extra characters (see Commission Sheet for details).‣ I will charge two times the original price for art that is commissioned for social media purposes, such as YouTube video thumbnails or character stills. This does not apply to profile pictures or banners, however proper credit is required, (the prices of these can be discussed in private).‣ I accept payment through PayPal and Steam only.
4. Revisions
‣ Changes to the sketch may be requested as many times as needed, however, continuous requests for major changes may be denied if overused.‣ You may not request major changes to the line art (exceptions apply).‣ You may request minor changes to the line art as many times as you like, as long as it is kept reasonable.
5. Restrictions
‣ I will only draw SFW. Any request for an NSFW piece will be denied. Exceptions to this rule are: Light injuries; light gore (visible bone/muscle tissue in small areas, or small open wounds); Semi-nudity (waist up); blood.‣ I will only draw art for personal use such as profile pictures or character design, I do NOT do art for NFTs or other such blockchain purposes.‣ I will draw art for avatars, thumbnails, and banners for social media platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, however, you must credit me (with a link to my Social Media included) in every video or stream you include my art in.‣ I am willing to draw any character as long as their design is majority human.‣ I will NOT imitate someone else's art style.
6. First priority Commissions
(i) What is a first priority commission? A first priority commission is any commission that has to be completed before my set timeline of max. one month. In this case, the buyer will have to provide a clear deadline for the commissioned piece next to all the requirements and details. After the deadline is provided, any first priority commission will gain a priority status, and will be completed before any other commissioned piece.‣ I will charge the double of the original price in the case of a first priority commission.‣ Major changes to the sketch should be kept to a minimum for a first priority commission.‣ If the commission is at too short of a notice then it will be denied (i.e. a day or two before the deadline).‣ In the case that the sketch has already been started, but I am unable to complete the piece at the deadline set by the buyer, I will notify them as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
